God, I don't know what possessed me to make this pizza. But it came out good, anyways. Recipe, if anyone wants it:
Dough using [link]
1 Mexican Lime (those tiny little key limes, better than any lime or lemon!)
Cotija (or any other mexican cheese, I would recommend oaxacan or even plain old pepper jack if you don't like really salty things like me)
Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Garlic Clove
Salami Slices, cut into quaters
Preheat oven to 350. Roll out the pizza dough. Mix together the tomato paste, salsa, and a bit of the juice from the lime. Spread on the pizza. Crumble the cotija on top of that. Follow with some lightly chopped cilantro leaves, bell pepper, and the salami. Crush and mince the garlic and sprinkle on top. Check on pizza in 5-10 minute intervals, until the crust is golden brown.
